About the Program

The VMA/VRC Annual Meeting Program Committee has put together a timely educational program for 2017. Covering topics such as change management, the new generation of employees and their changing needs, and the challenges of selling abroad. Our Breakfast speaker Matthew Oczkowski, will talk about the “Trump effect” and the impact on America. Rounding out the meeting will be the ever popular industry outlook for 2017, The VMA Annual Meeting is a “must attend” for VMA/VRC members.


Who Should Attend

VMA and VRC professionals from all company divisions. We encourage leadership to bring the company's "next generation."


Registration Fees

Registration is open to VMA and VRC members. Golf, Tennis and other optional activities will be in addition to your registration fees. Your VMA registration fee DOES NOT include your hotel reservations.


VMA/VRC Members: $900

Guests: $600


All registration fees include General Session Education Programs, Meet and Greet Reception, Continental Breakfasts, Spouse/Guest Opening Event, Coffee Breaks, Informal Dinner and Reception, Friday Morning Breakfast Speaker, and Closing Reception and Dinner.


Spouse/Guest Registration


Spouse/Guest registration fees include the Spouse/Guest Meet and Greet, Continental Breakfasts, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception, Salt of the Earth Activity and Amelia Island Historic Trolley Tour, Informal Reception and Dinner, Friday Breakfast Speaker, and Closing Dinner Reception and Gala.


A guest is defined as a spouse or significant other who is accompanying you to the meeting. A guest is not an additional colleague from your company who wishes to attend the meeting. Spouse/Guests are welcome at all of the activities listed in the paragraph above. Activities that are part of the Spouse/Guest registration are noted in the program.




VMA holds two golf events at the annual meeting. The VMA Golf Tournament and the Twellman Skins Golf game. Everyone is welcome to play. Pre-registration for golf will be required and boxed lunches will be available for both the VMA Golf Tournament and the Twellman Skins game.




VMA also holds a Round Robin Tennis Tournament each year at the annual meeting. Everyone is welcome to play. Rental racquets will be available.




Optional activities scheduled for 2017 include Kayaking, a “Salt Cooking” class and a Day at the Beach for VMA Attendees. Our East Coast tradition of an Offshore fishing expedition will also be offered. See the program for complete information. Some Optional Activities require pre-payment along with your registration fee.

The room block for the October 11-13, 2017 VMA Annual Meeting is now open. The discounted rate is $249.00 as before. Please click on this link to make reservations. cancellation policies

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable minus a 5% registration service charge.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days are 75% refundable.
  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees cancellations of registrations and optional activities received between 0 – 14 days prior to the event are not refundable.
  • Deadline for cancellations and substitutions for Optional Events due by September 1st.
